We help individuals in achieving optimal health and relaxation through therapeutic massage services. Unlike traditional wellness approaches, we prioritize holistic healing, personalized care, and fostering a deep mind-body connection, empowering clients to thrive.

These are the modalities that are utilized to create a custom massage experience:

Relaxation / Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic relaxation massage is a gentle technique that uses soft strokes and gentle pressure; typically utilizing long, flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle manipulations to help clients unwind and release built-up tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a targeted technique that applies firm pressure to release chronic muscle tension in the deeper layers of tissue. It aims to release the patterns of tension through slower strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Neuromuscular / Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points are sore, painful spots—also called knots—found in muscles. Neuromuscular therapy focuses on identifying and addressing muscular imbalances that cause pain and dysfunction. Trigger point release is a technique within neuromuscular therapy that targets specific areas of muscle tightness to alleviate pain and restore normal muscle function.

Cupping Massage

Cupping is a soft tissue technique using silicone cups to create an area of suction against the skin, which may be left stationary or used with movement. This technique helps to increase blood flow, loosen muscles, and promote relaxation.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a technique that involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to the connective tissue (fascia) to alleviate pain and restore mobility by releasing tension and adhesions within the fascia.

Gua Sha (Scraping)

A traditional Chinese medicine technique of applying pressure to and scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool. It is meant to expand blood vessels, and depending on how much pressure is applied, cause tiny, red spots called petechiae. These spots are only temporary, lasting between a few hours to a few days.

CBD Massage

Nourish and soften your skin with 500mg of true full spectrum CBD in a moisturizing salve. A little goes a long way with this balanced blend of organic ingredients including hemp, essential oils, menthol, and arnica. This combination of plants feels stimulating and cooling to the skin, providing for a deeply rejuvenating session.
